Well, I decided that I just couldn't stand all the money laying around, figured I'd better part with some of it, so here it is...................2004 Heritage H-575 in Antique Sunburst. Oooooh she's pretty. Basically brand new, got a good deal. Of course I'm broke as hell now, but hey its just money right? Its not like you need it to pay rent or eat or anything! So, without further adooooo, thar she is.

So I needed some strings for my Taylor. I live in a big city, so I figure I'll just head over to the local mega guitar mart and pick some up, and maybe check out what they've got hanging on the walls. So I get in, and its exactly as I figured it'd be....the place is packed with idiots playing really really shitty riffs really loud on crappy guitars and even worse amps. Everyone is rude as shit, and they ALL think they're really good. Anyhow, i decide to check out some acoustics (in the acoustic room, where I figured there would be some peace and quiet). I find a breedlove focus and some taylors that I want to play a little. So I sit down, and two suburban emo douchebags start wailing on some shitbox, out of tune ovations. I can't even hear the guitar I'm playing enough to tune it. I finally just gave up and decided to get my strings and gtfo. I go up to the accessoy counter and after about 10 minutes of being ignored, I corner a guy to get me some strings. I ask him for Elixir 12's (which every mega guitar wal mart should have) and instead of just saying no, he proceeds to tell me why they suck and this and that. I finally just turned around left. So everything about my trip was completely unsucessful. So Guitar Center, if you're out there, F U.

If you work in an office you must own a Tide to Go Pen. I literally spilled coffee all over my new, white and blue shirt at 9:30 this morning. I put in about 20 minute with a tide to go pen and wet paper towl and I'm good as new. This is especially handy since I spill shit on myself on a daily basis. Tide Pen, word.

So I hear today that the long held tradition of Taco Johns every sunday at the Bike Shop has gone down in flames. Almost every Sunday for 5 or 6 years of my life, I split a six pack and a pound with either Squez, Dave, Brian, Wussow or (on a rare occasion) the shuffler. I'm in town today, I decide to call up Squez around 1:00pm (normal taco time) and see if I've got time to make it down there to partake. I'm told that TJ Sundays are no more because there are a bunch of newbs working there that are pussies. They probably have a problem with people drinking mountain dew while their working too. They probably also don't like vulgar language. I guess I can't say I didn't see this coming. OG's are being outnumbered by shitty newbs who don't believe in the traditions that made SBS what it is. I'm not even really sure what else to say. OG's, holla if you hear me. On a parting note.....
SBS...you're making baby Jesus cry.
