Up and running

Well, we (my roomate and I) got our gear together and are going to start detailing cars on the side for people. We've got a Porter Cable 7424 random orbital buffer that we tried out this weekend with various polish/compound/pad combos on a black honda, and it turned out really well. Picked up a carpet/upholstery cleaner last night and tested it as well with good results. After seeing what most detailers charge (200-300 for full wash/clay/compound/polish/wax/interior) We're basically going to do it for half to start out with. Around $100 for exterior, $150-175 for full exterior/interior. We'll have a good amount of product choices if you have a preference for acrylic/synthetic sealant or carnuba wax (NXT, P21s, Natty, Klasse, etc). I'll be back in the GF in a few weeks if anyone wants some work done (price is of course negotiable for friends if they want to help out.) Peace.

I'll hire you to do the van, but only if you put 'em on the glass.

(I'm talking about your testicles)

No, but it's still good.
I'm thinking of releasing the drill video once i figure out how to blur faces in Vegas5.

Working at the carwash. Carwasher.
Or do you prefer auto detail interior/exterior specialist?
Do you keep the change you find on the floor, or is it fair game because it's been dropped and forgotten? What about other stuff you find? Can Superfly really beat all the other superheros?

Yes, the change is fair game i believe. I think the BMW could use a shot of Optimum Compound on a light orange light cut pad, followed up with some Optimum polish on a white polish pad. Followed up with some P21S. Oh yes, it will be glorious.
